The RotakeSA Zirconia Flap Disc 100 Grit is designed for fine surface finishing, blending and preparation where a smooth, consistent finish is essential. Manufactured with premium zirconia abrasive grain, it delivers excellent durability, controlled material removal and long-lasting performance across demanding industrial applications.
The 100 grit abrasive is ideal for refining welds, removing light surface imperfections, smoothing edges and preparing metal surfaces before painting, powder coating or final finishing. Its Type 29 conical profile provides increased contact with the workpiece, allowing for smooth, controlled grinding on flat surfaces, edges and contours while maintaining excellent operator control.
Suitable for professional fabricators, welders, maintenance teams and engineering workshops, the RotakeSA Zirconia Flap Disc performs exceptionally well on stainless steel, mild steel, structural steel and other ferrous metals. It can also be used on selected wood and plastic applications where a finer surface finish is required.
